Since 2022, the Cellule d’Appui Pédagogique – CAP has promoted the sharing of experience and resources between teachers and supported the institution in developing its teaching, continuing education and research missions.
CAP projects and services
Teaching
· Help coordinators and educational teams to develop ongoing regulation of their training programmes and the design of their units, with a view to ensuring consistency, balance and quality.
· Advising teachers, who offer high-quality teaching thanks to their direct links with the world of work, and external partners.
· To offer training courses, both within and outside the HEAJ, for all teachers wishing to develop their teaching-learning methods to help their students succeed and develop their skills.
· Supporting teachers in writing the CAPAES dossier and designing and analysing their learning system.
· Collaborate with the Quality Unit in carrying out student evaluation of teaching using the EVALENS online questionnaire and in monitoring this evaluation.
· Reducing the digital divide for staff and students to ensure quality higher education.
Continuing education
· Supporting educational teams who develop continuing education projects linked to the skills of the professional sector, and supporting their certification.
· Encourage teachers to contribute regularly to the HEAJ’s in-service training catalogue.
Applied research
· Supporting educational teams who propose applied research initiatives linked to their sector of activity.
· Disseminate opportunities for calls for projects or research and initiate possible partnerships.
